Description
FARMET Verso is a trailed 5-row springtine cultivator with low draft requirements and high output. Front and rear Flexiboard hydraulic levellers are standard, and carbide tipped points ensure longevity in work. A hydraulic memory ram system means variable working depths from 0 to 10cm and can be altered on the move from the cab. Four track eradicators – easily adjustable in 2 directions, and a rear following harrow complete the package, making this a high specification cultivator.
Four transport wheels with a pair of outer depth wheels ensure accurate contour following and consistent working depth. High strength materials are used in the construction of this machine, and special attention has been made to the axle area, and 150mm x 50mm box sections are used for the main supports, giving the machine strength where it is needed, while keeping overall weight down wherever possible.
It is resistant to rolling up and congestion with a high levelling effect. It is also suitable for very early spring soil processing after winter or for autumn works. It ensures shallow cultivation with the incorporation of plant residues and destruction of weeds. It is equipped with chisels with plates of cemented carbides.
